Terms of Service for Soulmate Drawing

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soulmate Drawing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Soulmate Drawing provides astrology-themed creative and entertainment services, including sketches, portraits, figurines, future-family visualizations, birth-chart summaries, downloads, credits, and related digital outputs. The service is for personal entertainment, inspiration, and artistic use unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally able to agree to these Terms, or use the service with appropriate parent or guardian permission.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account, order, and contact information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Your Content and Inputs

• You represent that you have the right to provide any birth details, prompt inputs, uploaded images, or other content you submit.
• You may not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• You may not submit content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Orders, Payments, and Credits

• Paid features may be offered on a one-time, pass, bundle, usage-credit, or other pricing basis shown on the site at checkout.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your purchase may also be subject to the provider’s terms and policies.
• Usage credits, downloads, and access rights are limited to the specific plan, quantity, and conditions presented at the time of purchase.
• We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders where fraud, abuse, technical error, or misuse is suspected.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital and personalized, refunds are not available once a soulmate image or other paid result has already been generated or delivered, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a program or system failure prevents any paid result from being generated or delivered, you may request a refund by contacting support@soulmatedrawing.org. If a paid result has already been generated or delivered, the order is not refundable. We may still offer troubleshooting, regeneration, or credit adjustment where appropriate.

License and Intellectual Property

• We retain all rights in the Soulmate Drawing platform, brand, software, site design, and underlying service materials.
• Subject to these Terms and successful payment where required, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial use, resale, sublicensing, large-scale redistribution, automated scraping, or white-label use is not permitted without prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

• No reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, abuse of checkout or credit systems, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
• No interference with site security, infrastructure, availability, or other users’ access.
• No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing use of the service or generated outputs.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify features, pricing, product structures, usage limits, or plan benefits at any time. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already granted for a completed purchase except where necessary for security, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

Soulmate Drawing is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Outputs are creative and entertainment-oriented and are not guaranteed to be factually accurate, predictive, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulmate Drawing and its affiliates, operators, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting service operator identified in your checkout, invoice, order confirmation, or related service communications, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised with support so we can attempt an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be resolved in the courts or dispute forum that has lawful jurisdiction under the applicable governing law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
